Macaroni and Cheese

  1. Preheat over to 350F.
  2. Boil all of the macaroni and drain.
  3. In heavy saucepan over low heat, melt butter
  4. Add flour and stir until flour and butter are well mixed.
  5. Gradually stir in the warm milk.
  6. Turn up heat and stir milk until it reaches boiling point.
  7. Turn down to simmering point and add in pepper and pepper sauce.
  8. Add heavy cream and turn up to simmering point.
  9. Stir in 3\ worth of cheese until melted.
  10. Mix cheese and macaroni into a 2 qt greased dish and sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
  11. Bake for 30 minutes.
