Lo Mein Salad

  1. Bring all liquid ingredients and garlic to a boil.
  2. Toss with warm rinsed spaghetti.
  3. Fold in sesame seed.
  4. Chill 24 hours. Before serving, add scallions, lightly steamed broccoli, mushrooms and snow peas.
  5. (You can lightly saute these in corn oil if you prefer.)
  6. You can substitute or add ingredients such as carrots and asparagus.
  7. You can turn this into a main dish by adding ground beef, pork, chicken or shrimp.
