Caramel-Chocolate Crunch Apples
- 30 each medium Granny Smith apples, washed, well dried
- caramels
- 3/4 cup water
- 2 cups Oreo Small Crunch Pieces
- Insert wooden pop sticks into stem ends of apples.
- Cook caramels and water in saucepan on medium-low heat until caramels are completely melted, stirring frequently.
- Dip apples, 1 at a time, in caramel, spooning caramel over tops of apples to completely coat apples.
- Scrape excess caramel from bottom of each apple, then roll in Oreo Pieces to coat bottom half of each apple.
- Place in parchment paper-lined sheet pan.
- Let stand 25 min.
- or until caramel is firm.
