low calorie - quick creamy chicken noodle soup
- 2 quart water
- 1 quart chicken stock
- 1 chicken bouillon cubes or powder
- 12 oz package of whole wheat egg noodles
- 2 cup cooked or canned white chicken
- 3 can fat free cream of chicken soup
- 3 cup Sweet corn
- 1 cup fat free sour cream
- 1 season to taste
- In large kettle, bring water and stock to a boil
- add noodles and season to taste.
- Cook until noodles are done add bouillon cubes or powder now
- add chicken, soup, corn and heat through
- remove from heat and add sour cream
