Tomato Filled Quiche Recipe

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Mix Ragu Italian cooking sauce and wine.
  3. Pour into pie shell.
  4. Top with grated cheese.
  5. Beat Large eggs with cream and seasonings and pour over cheese.
  6. Bake for 15 min.
  7. Turn oven to 300 degrees and continue to bake for 55 min or possibly till a silver knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
  8. Let sit 5 min.
  9. Serves 4 as a main dish, 8 as an appetizer.
