Strawberry Spinach Salad

• 8 ounces spinach leaves
• 1 cup sliced strawberry
• 1 kiwi, sliced
• 1 tablespoon slivered almonds
• 1 tablespoon sugar-free raspberry jam
• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• 1 tablespoon rice vinegar

1. Combine salad ingredients in a bowl.
2. Put remaining ingredients in a small bowl and whisk vigorously.
3. Toss dressing with salad.
4. LAWL count - 1 veg, 1 fruit, 1 fat.
