Beer Battered Fried Chicken
- 1 3/4 c. sifted all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 (12 oz.) can beer

- 2 (2 1/2 lb.) broiler-fryers, cut up
- Combine flour, salt and pepper in a medium size bowl.

- Fry chicken pieces, turning once, for 30 minutes or until chicken tests done.
- Place on paper toweling to drain.
- Keep warm in a very slow oven (250u0b0) until all chicken is fried.
