Crab And Noodle Casserole
- 2 (6 to 8 oz.) cans crab
- 6 oz. fine noodles
- 1/3 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 1/4 c. chopped green pepper
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 c. cottage cheese
- 1 c. grated sharp cheese
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
- 2 Tbsp. melted butter
- parsley (for garnish)
- Drain crab.
- Saute onion, celery, green pepper and garlic in 2 tablespoons butter.
- Combine with crab, drained noodles, sour cream, cottage cheese, grated cheese and seasonings.
- Spoon into 6 individual buttered casseroles.
- Bake at 350u0b0 for 10 minutes or until piping hot.
- Garnish with parsley.
