Hot chilli
- 500 grams mince beef
- 3 tsp smoky paprika hot
- 3 tsp hot pepper
- 3 tsp mixed hebs
- 1 dash soy sauce dark
- 4 medium onions, chopped
- 1 can tomatos and juice
- 2 tsp ground cumin
- 3 small fresh tomatoes chopped
- 1 can red kidney beans
- 2 tsp salt
- 4 clove garlic cloves
- 3 small bell peppers chopped
- 2 stick pork pepperoni
- Fry meat and all ingredients (apart from fresh tomatoes and kidney beans until near the end of cooking) together add water to pot, let simmer adding additional salt if necessary and pepper if you wish to.
- leave fresh tomatoes and kidney beans for final 15 mins
- When chilli nearly done add kidney beans and chopped fresh tomatoes.
- Add more herbs if necessary add more salt if necessaryor more chilli if you like it very hot "L
- Keep cooking until the sauce of the chilli is nice and thick and meat is cooked.if not quite cooked add a little water.
