Leftovers in a Pita

  1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
  2. Place pitas on a baking sheet and heat for 5 minutes until softened.
  3. Heat chicken or other leftover meat and in a microwave or skillet.
  4. Combine yogurt, garlic, cucumber, salt, pepper and a dash of Tabasco.
  5. Open pita pockets and fill with chicken, lettuce and onion slices.
  6. Top with yogurt dressing and extra Tabasco, if desired
