Affogate Al Caffe

• 1 cup espresso coffee
• 250 ml good quality vanilla ice cream

1. In four glasses or coffee cups put a neat scoop of vanilla ice cream.
2. pour espresso around the ice cream.
3. The ice cream will float to the top and produce an effect not unlike a pint of guiness.
4. Must be eaten immediately.
