Lemon Ginger Chicken
- 4 Tablespoons Lemon Zest (organic Is Best When Using The Zest)
- 23 cups Lemon Juice (fresh Squeezed!)
- 4 teaspoons Ginger, Peeled And Minced
- 4 teaspoons Brown Sugar
- 1 Tablespoon Oil
- 2 teaspoons Salt
- 2 pinches Dried Chili Pepper Flakes, Or Bottled Hot Sauce
- 4 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts, Trimmed Of Any Fat
- Mix together all marinade ingredients (everything but the chicken).
- Add chicken and marinate for 12-24 hours.
- Grill over medium-heat until juices run clear.
- Enjoy!
