Bobbys Pimento Cheese

• One 3-ounce package cream cheese, softened
• 1 cup grated sharp Cheddar cheese
• 1 cup grated Monterey Jack cheese
• 1/2 cup mayonnaise
• 1/2 teaspoon House Seasoning (see page 325)
• 2 to 3 tablespoons mashed pimentos
• 1 teaspoon grated onion (optional)
• Cracked black pepper to taste

1. With an electric mixer, beat cream cheese until fluffy.
2. Add remaining ingredients and beat until well blended.
