Nif's Yummy Basic Meatballs

• 1 lb extra lean ground beef
• 14 cup breadcrumbs, fresh preferred
• 1 teaspoon seasoning salt, Hy's preferred
• 2 teaspoons italian seasoning
• 3 egg whites (or 1 egg)
• 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

1. Mix all ingredients (by hand of course!
2. ).
3. Roll equally into 16 meatballs.
4. In a cold, large saucepan, add meatballs.
5. Turn heat to medium and toss pan gently so meatballs aren't 'square-ish'.
6. Cook and continue to roll around meatballs until cooked through.
7. Use in spaghetti sauce or add mushroom soup and pour over rice or noodles.
