Baked Tortilla Pinwheels

  1. Combine the cream cheese, shredded cheese, chicken, tomato and cilantro in a bowl.
  2. Spread evenly over the four tortillas.
  3. Tightly roll up each tortilla and wrap in plastic wrap.
  4. Refrigerate for 2-24 hours.
  5. When ready to bake, preheat oven to 350 F. Cut rolls into 1/2 slices.
  6. Place on a cookie sheet and bake for 15-18 minutes.
