Baked Tortilla Pinwheels
- 8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese, Softened
- 1 cup Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese
- 1 cup Diced, Cooked Chicken Breast
- 1/2 whole Fresh Tomato, Finely Diced, Drained
- 2 Tablespoons Chopped Fresh Cilantro OR Substitute 2 Teaspoons Of Dried Cilantro For 2 Tablespoons Fresh
- 4 whole Tortillas (any Style)
- Combine the cream cheese, shredded cheese, chicken, tomato and cilantro in a bowl.
- Spread evenly over the four tortillas.
- Tightly roll up each tortilla and wrap in plastic wrap.
- Refrigerate for 2-24 hours.
- When ready to bake, preheat oven to 350 F. Cut rolls into 1/2 slices.
- Place on a cookie sheet and bake for 15-18 minutes.
