Grilled Salmon Fillets with Creamy Horseradish Sauce
- 4 (6 oz. each) salmon fillets
- 1 to 2 tbsp. olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 1 tbsp. prepared horseradish
- 1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp. dijon mustard
- 1/4 tsp. onion powder
- Place sauce ingredients in a food processor and puree until smooth.
- Brush fish lightly with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper.
- Grill salmon over hot coals, about 4 minutes per side, or until centers are cooked as you prefer.
- Serve sauce spooned over salmon.
