Lemon Meringue Pie

  1. Preheat oven to 450F.
  2. Cook all ingredients in double boiler until thickened.
  3. Pour into pie shell.
  4. Top with meringue which has been beaten stiff.
  5. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
