Simple Char Siu
- 400 grams A block of pork belly
- 100 ml Sake
- 1 clove Garlic or ginger
- 1 Green onion
- 3 tbsp Garlic soy sauce
- Refer tofor details on how to boil the pork.
- Wipe the excess moisture off of the boiled and cooled pork and cut in half.
- Place into a Tupperware or plastic container and pour in the garlic soy sauce.
- Let it marinate for 1 day while occasionally flipping it over.
- Once done, slice thinly and use as a ramen topping.
