Shrimp Noodle Supreme
- 8 oz. pkg. spinach noodles, cooked and drained
- 3 oz. pkg. cream cheese, cubed and softened
- 1 1/2 lb. medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/2 c. butter, softened
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1/2 c. half and half
- 1/2 c. mayo
- 1 Tbsp. chopped chives
- 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- 1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 3/4 c. (6 oz.) shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- Combine noodles and cream cheese in medium bowl.
- Spread mixture in bottom of greased 13 x 9-inch glass casserole.
- Cook shrimp in butter, in large skillet, over medium-high heat until pink and tender, about 5 minutes.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Spread over noodles.
- Combine all ingredients, except Cheddar cheese, in medium bowl.
- Spread over shrimp.
- Sprinkle Cheddar cheese over top.
- Bake in preheated 325u0b0 oven for 25 minutes, until hot and cheese is melted.
- Serve with rolls or warmed French bread.
- Great for company.
