Almond Rolls
- 1/2 pound butter
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 23 cup almonds ground
- 2 cups flour, all-purpose sifted
- Cream butter and sugar together.
- Stir in ground almonds and gradually add sifted flour.
- Chill dough 1 hour.
- Roll 1 inch pieces into small logs.
- Bake 20 min.
- at 325.
