Broken Halo

• 1 1/2 ounces Plymouth gin
• 1 1/2 ounces oloroso sherry
• 1/4 ounce maraschino liqueur
• Ice, plus 1 large ice cube for serving
• 1 orange twist, for garnish

1. In a mixing glass, combine the gin, sherry and maraschino liqueur; fill with ice and stir well.
2. Strain the drink into a chilled rocks glass over the large ice cube and garnish with the orange twist.
