Polish Duck Soup Recipe

  1. Clean and cut up duck.
  2. Place all ingredients with duck in pot.
  3. Boil till meat is tender.
  4. Mix 4 heaping Tbsp.
  5. flour into pint lowfat sour cream.
  6. Mix well.
  7. Add in ducks blood to mix and mix together.
  8. Add in warm soup in small amounts making the mix constantly thinner.
  9. Strain into the rest of the soup, stirring constantly.
  10. Bring to a boil and add in 2 Tbsp.
  11. vinegar and 1 Tbsp.
  12. sugar.
