Tuna Pita Pockets

  1. In a large bowl, add the lettuce, tomatoes, peppers, carrots, broccoli and onions.
  2. Toss to mix evenly.
  3. In a small bowl, add the tuna and ranch dressing.
  4. Stir to mix well.
  5. Add the tuna mixture to the lettuce mixture and stir to combine.
  6. Scoop 3/4 cup of the tuna salad into each pita pocket half and serve immediately.
