Parve Refrigerator Rolls

  1. Soften yeast in the warm water and set aside; let cool to lukewarm.
  2. In a medium-sized bowl, combine ginger ale, sugar, margarine and salt.
  3. Add 1 1/2 cups flour to this mixture and beat well.
  4. Beat in yeast and egg.
  5. Gradually add remaining flour, beating well.
  6. Place dough in a large greased bowl.
  7. Turn dough once to grease surface.
  8. Cover and chill overnight.
  9. Grease a 6 muffin pan.
  10. Form rolls by placing three 1-inch balls in each muffin cup and brush the top with melted margarine.
  11. Bake at 400u0b0 for 12 minutes.
  12. Yield:
  13. 6 rolls.
