Grilled Skewered Lobster with Shrimp Recipe GrillGrate

  1. Preparation: Allow lobster to come to room temperature and remove from shell, or remove the shell from the meat by pulling, tearing or scalpel.
  2. Skewer.
  3. Try to stay in the center of the meatiest parts.
  4. If using bamboo skewers pre-soak them for at least an hour prior to grilling.
  5. Skewer shrimp as a great supporting cast to the lobster.
  6. Brush lobster with olive oil to aid in non-stick.
