Alfredo Sauce
- 3 pieces Laughing Cow light garlic and herb cheese
- 12 cup fat-free half-and-half
- 1 tablespoon reduced-fat parmesan cheese
- 12 tablespoon Molly McButter
- 12 teaspoon garlic powder
- In a medium-sized saucepan, combine all the ingredients over a low heat, until everything is melted and the sauce is velvety smooth, about 20 minutes.
- Serve immediately over hot cooked pasta of your choice.
