Alfredo Sauce

• 3 pieces Laughing Cow light garlic and herb cheese
• 12 cup fat-free half-and-half
• 1 tablespoon reduced-fat parmesan cheese
• 12 tablespoon Molly McButter
• 12 teaspoon garlic powder

1. In a medium-sized saucepan, combine all the ingredients over a low heat, until everything is melted and the sauce is velvety smooth, about 20 minutes.
2. Serve immediately over hot cooked pasta of your choice.
