Bread Pudding With Whiskey Sauce Recipe

  1. Scald lowfat milk.
  2. Put bread cubes in a large bowl; pour lowfat milk over bread cubes.
  3. Cold.
  4. Add in butter, sugar, Large eggs, salt, raisins, and cinnamon; mix well.
  5. Pour into a greased 1 1/2 qt casserole dish.
  6. put casserole in a pan of warm water (1 inch deep).
  7. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or possibly till knife inserted into pudding comes out clean.
  8. Serve hot with Whiskey Sauce.
