Olive Ladder Bread

• 2 1/2 cups water
• 1 teaspoon yeast, active dry
• 6 cups flour, unbleached all-purpose
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• 2 teaspoons salt
• 1 1/2 cups olives pitted, chopped
• 1/4 cup buckwheat flour

1. Combine ingredients in bread machine and press "Start"
