Strawberry Pizza
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1 c. butter or margarine
- 1/4 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 9 oz. whipped topping
- 3/4 c. powdered sugar
- 3 oz. pkg. strawberry gelatin
- 1 c. water or strawberry juice
- 4 c. strawberries, sliced
- dash of salt
- 4 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/2 c. sugar
- Mix the flour, butter, brown sugar and pecans together. Spread them in a pizza pan to form the crust.
- Bake for 15 minutes at 400u0b0; cool.
- Mix the cream cheese and powdered sugar; fold in the whipped topping.
- Spread over the cooled crust.
- Mix gelatin, sugar, salt and 1/2 cup water/strawberry juice.
- Dissolve the cornstarch in the other 1/2 cup of water/strawberry juice; stir into gelatin mixture.
- Cook until thickened.
- Add strawberries; cool.
- Spread on top of the cream cheese layer.
- Chill well.
