Manuka Mule

• 3 fluid ounces 42 below manuka honey vodka (2 shots)
• 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
• 6 mint leaves
• ginger beer

1. Bruise mint with lime juice.
2. Add ice to the top of a highball glass.
3. Add mint and lime.
4. Pour over vodka.
5. Stir well.
6. Top with ginger beer.
