Uncle Pat's Peanut Butter Jelly Pie Recipe

  1. Spread 1 c. whipped topping in bottom of pie crust; freeze about 10 min.
  2. Carefully spoon jam over whipped topping.
  3. Gradually blend lowfat milk into peanut butter; add in pie filling, mix and beat till smooth for about 1 minute.
  4. Mix in whipped topping.
  5. Spoon into crust.
  6. Freeze about 4 hour.
