Tabouleh (Tabouli)

  1. In a mixing bowl, pour boiling water over the bulgur wheat. Let sit for 1/2 hour.
  2. Mix remaining ingredients.
  3. Pour over wheat and toss.
  4. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour.
  5. Serve over a bed of lettuce.
  6. The salad is best if it is refrigerated several hours before serving.
  7. About 10 servings, 175 calories per serving.
