Skewered Beef Strips with Spicy Honey Glaze
- 1 lb beef top sirloin steak
- 13 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons white vinegar
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 18 teaspoon ground red pepper
- 13 cup honey
- Slice beef across grain into 1/4 inch thick strips.
- Thread strips onto 12 wooden skewers and place in glass baking dish (Soak skewers in cold water for 20 min's.
