  1. Butterfly chicken then slice into little cubes
  2. Add chicken to bowl with herbs, oil and sauce
  3. Put into frypan cook for ten minutes for a quicker cook, put a lid over the pan
  4. Boil some water and add vegetables into a bowl with boiling water and microwave for 5 minutes
  5. Strain vegetables and then combine the lot into one bowl
  6. Eat
