Turkey Bacon Pasta Salad
- 1 1/2 cups pasta, fusilli Tri color, or regular
- 10 ounces green peas frozen
- 2 cups turkey cooked, cut up
- 3/4 cup salad dressing
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese shredded
- 5 medium scallions, spring or green onions sliced
- 1 stalk celery sliced
- 13 cup sweet relish optional
- 4 slices bacon cooke crisp and crumbled
- 3 cups lettuce torn into bite size pieces, or mixed greens, optional
- Cook the pasta according to the package directions and drain.
- Rinse with cold water and drain again.
- Rinse the frozen peas with cold water to separate and drain.
- Mix the pasta, peas and remaining ingredients except the greens (if using) and the bacon if using.
- Serve topped with crumbled bacon on a bed of greens.
