Sangria Fruity Cake

  1. Heat oven to 350F.
  2. Beat first 7 ingredients in large bowl with mixer until blended.
  3. Stir in chopped apples and cherries.
  4. Pour into greased and floured 12-cup fluted tube pan or 10-inch tube pan.
  5. Bake 55 min.
  6. to 1 hour or until toothpick inserted near center comes out clean.
  7. Cool cake in pan 10 min.
  8. Loosen cake from sides of pan with knife.
  9. Invert onto wire rack; gently remove pan.
  10. Cool cake completely.
  11. Serve with COOL WHIP.
