Southern Fried Chicken

  1. Mix corn flakes, flour and seasonings in shallow dish.
  2. Beat eggs and milk in separate shallow dish.
  3. Dip chicken in egg mixture, then in corn flake mixture, turning over to evenly coat both sides.
  4. Heat oil to 350F in large skillet on medium-high heat.
  5. Add chicken, in batches; cook 15 minutes or until chicken is golden brown and cooked through, turning occasionally.
