Chipotle Cream

• 1 12 cups sour cream
• 3 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
• 1 tablespoon adobo sauce, from canned chipotle peppers in adobo sauce

1. Combine all ingredients in small bowl.
2. Cover and refrigerate until serving time.
