French Fries with numbing chilli salt
- 4 green lemon peels dried in oven until hard not brown
- 1 tsp dried chilli flakes
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp indian gooseberry pods
- 1 kg potatoes with skin
- 1 oil for frying
- 1 salt to taste
- Combine all the ingredients for numbing chilli salt and grind fine in a blender.
- Store in air tight container.
- Cut potatoes length wise as required for french fries.
- Place in cold water until needed.
- Heat oil for frying.
- Drain potatoes and pat well with a towel.
- Fry until golden.
- Toss with chilli salt.
- Serve immediately.
- Enjoy!
