French Fries with numbing chilli salt

  1. Combine all the ingredients for numbing chilli salt and grind fine in a blender.
  2. Store in air tight container.
  3. Cut potatoes length wise as required for french fries.
  4. Place in cold water until needed.
  5. Heat oil for frying.
  6. Drain potatoes and pat well with a towel.
  7. Fry until golden.
  8. Toss with chilli salt.
  9. Serve immediately.
  10. Enjoy!
