Holiday Cinnamon Snack Mix

  1. Heat oven to 300F.
  2. Spread the cereal, pecans, almonds & chow mein noodles on a lightly greased cookie sheet (I cover mine with foil).
  3. Beat the remaining ingredients to mix well.
  4. Pour over the cereal mix, stir to coat evenly.
  5. Bake 35-40 minutes, stir frequently to keep the mix broken apart.
  6. Remove from oven and pour onto a sheet of wax paper to cool.
  7. Enjoy.
