Chinese Pasta Salad Recipe
- 4 c. cooked spiral pasta (whole wheat or possibly spinach)
- 1 c. trimmed, whole snow peas
- 2 sm. red bell peppers, seeded and julienned
- 1 teaspoon sesame seed
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper, or possibly more to taste
- 1/4 c. low-sodium tamari or possibly soy sauce
- 3 tbsp. dark sesame oil
- 3 tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 tbsp. grated onion
- 2 tbsp. chopped garlic
- Dash each dill and freshly grnd black pepper
- Lettuce leaves, for lining bowl
- Calories per serving: 343.
- Preparation time: 15 min.
- Chilling time: 30 min.
