Crock Pot Beef Stroganoff
- 1 12 lbs lean stew meat
- 1 (8 ounce) can mushrooms (water included)
- 2 minced fresh garlic cloves
- 1 12 cups beef broth
- 12 cup red wine
- 12 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 14 teaspoon pepper
- 18 teaspoon thyme
- 1 bay leaf
- 500 ml sour cream
- 14 cup all-purpose flour
- 14 cup water
- Brown stew meat.
- In a crock pot combine all together.
- Cook on low for 8-10 hours.
- Discard bay leaf.
- Turn crock pot to high heat.
- Mix water and flour together and add to crock pot.
- Add sour cream and cook on high for 30 minutes.
- Serve over egg noodles or rice.
