50/50 burger
- 2 celery stalks(shredded)
- 2 carrots (shredded)
- 3 cup cabbage (shredded)
- 1/2 bunch fresh broccoli (shredded)
- 2 cup kale (cleaned and shredded)
- 1 Zucchini not peeled (shredded)
- 2 clove garlic (minced)
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp all season (your choice)
- 2 1/2 lb ground beef, chicken, turkey or pork
- 1/2 cup oats (coarsely grounded if desired)
- 1/2 bunch fresh cauliflower (shredded)
- Combine all ingredients mixing well.
- Pat out into your desired size patty and grill fry thoroughly.
- These do not produce a lot of grease.
