Top Ramen Crunch Cabbage Salad
- 6 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
- 1 c. salad oil
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 pkg. chicken Top Ramen
- 1 cabbage
- 1/4 purple cabbage
- 1 carrot
- 4 green onions, sliced
- 1 c. sliced almonds
- 4 Tbsp. toasted sunflower seeds
- The night before, mix together vinegar, salad oil, sugar and flavoring packets from Top Ramen.
- Mix well and refrigerate. Shake anytime you open the door.
- Shred together in large bowl cabbages and carrot.
- Add onions.
- Place in refrigerator to cool (a big time saver tip is to use one 16-ounce package cole slaw mix in place of cabbage and carrot).
- In a small bowl place almonds, sunflower seeds and Top Ramen noodles (broken up).
- When ready to serve, toss all together.
