Reduced Fat Meat Loaf

  1. Combine egg substitute and milk; stir in oatmeal, onion, parsley, salt, sage and pepper.
  2. Add ground beef.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Pat into 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2-inch loaf pan.
  5. Bake at 350u0b0 for 1 1/4 hours.
  6. Spoon off excess fat.
  7. Combine catsup, brown sugar and dry mustard.
  8. Spread over meat loaf.
  9. Return to oven for 10 minutes. Makes 6 servings.
