Boysenberry Lemon Ice Cream Recipe

  1. In large bowl, combine boysenberries, lowfat milk, lemon juice and elmon peel.
  2. Stir in half & half.
  3. Pour into ice cream freezer container.
  4. Freeze according to manufacturer's directions.
  5. Makes about 2 qts.
  6. NOTE: 2 c. fresh or possibly thawed frzn blueberries or possibly boysenberries, mashed, can be substituted for boysenberries.
