Refrigerator Fruit Pie
- 2 c. flour
- 1 c. chopped pecans
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1 c. margarine
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1 c. powdered sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 pkg. Dream Whip
- 2 cans prepared pie filling, such as cherry (add 1/2 tsp. almond extract), peach, blueberry, etc.
- Mix flour, pecans, brown sugar and margarine.
- Press into a 9 x 13-inch buttered pan.
- Bake 15 minutes at 400u0b0 (glass pan 375u0b0). Cool completely and then refrigerate to get cold.
- Soften cream cheese.
- Add powdered sugar and vanilla.
- Mix.
- Prepare Dream Whip according to directions on package.
- Blend cream mixture with Dream Whip and pour over crust.
- Chill.
- Lightly spoon pie filling over pie.
- Chill at least 12 hours.
