Seven Layer Salad
- lettuce
- broccoli
- cauliflower
- 1 can sliced water chestnuts
- 1 c. mayo
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- shredded cheese
- crumbled bacon
- chopped onion (optional)
- 2 qt. canned tomatoes or 46 oz. tomato juice
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. sugar replacement
- 3 bay leaves
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. marjoram
- 2 Tbsp. minced onion
- 1 tsp. Texas Pete sauce
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 tsp. oregano
- 2 (6 oz.) cans pineapple juice
- 1/2 c. soy sauce
- 1/4 c. brown sugar
- 1 clove garlic
- Heat until sugar dissolves. Marinate chicken for 24 hours.
