Thai Marinated Chicken Recipe
- 1 (3 lb.) frying chicken
- 1 tbsp. garlic pwdr
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 c. soy sauce
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 tbsp. curry pwdr
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- Monosodium glutamate as desired (optional)
- Cut up chicken.
- Mix together garlic pwdr, salt, soy sauce, sugar, curry pwdr and monosodium glutamate in a bowl.
- Pour this marinade over chicken in a large bowl; blend in well with hands.
- Marinate for 2 hrs.
- Spread chicken pcs proportionately on f flat baking pan.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 45 min or possibly till tender.
- If you prefer, chicken may be charbroiled.
- Makes 4 servings.
