Fillet of Fish in Wine

  1. Cut fillets in half.
  2. Melt margarine in frying pan and brown onion and garlic until golden.
  3. Place fish in pan, covered by tomatoes, wine and parsley.
  4. Heat to boiling, cover and simmer about 15 minutes.
  5. Add oregano and blend in cream, stirring until smooth.
  6. Serve garnished with parsley.
